Learned Advocate for Zilla Parishad submits that pursuant to order dated 13th February, 2017, the Zilla Parishad has submitted the proposal to the Sub-Divisional Officer on 15th March, 2017 and the SubDivisional Officer has rejected the same, vide order dated 28th February, 2018. The said facts are also stated in the affidavit filed by the respective respondents.
