The present petition takes exception to order of disqualification passed against the petitioner, who was holding post of Sarpanch Village Mautala, District Osmanabad. under Section 35 (A) of Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act thereby affirming the no confidence motion passed against the petitioner in the meeting held on 14.07.2015. The term of election is over. Nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
