The petitioner before this Court is the first wife of the deceased. In a suit, being Regular Civil Suit No.167/2019, a compromise was arrived at. According to the petitioner, she being the first wife, is the only person entitled for family pension of the deceased. The Court, vide order dated 20/8/2019, has simply directed the Tahsildar to decide the proposal dated 6/7/2019 within six weeks. The same appears to have been decided. The petitioner has a remedy to challenge the same if she has been aggrieved thereby. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
