The petitioner is seeking direction to the trial court for expediting the proceeding, even without moving any application before the trial court for making out the grounds as to why his trial is to be taken out of turn. We cannot go into the aspect of priorities of the trial court. 2.

The criminal case is of 2021 and the trial court is bound to decide its own priorities. We dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the trial court, if he so intends.
