PER COURT :- Heard. Since the order impugned in this Petition has been withdrawn, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed.

It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, the salary of the petitioner from 19th December, 2014 has not paid by the Respondent Authorities. In that respect, the petitioner will submit his representation/application with Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, mentioning therein details about the arrears of salary

9686.15WP and outstanding amount. In case, such application/representation is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall verify the record maintained by the school and take appropriate decision on his application/ representation about the grievance of the petitioner for arrears towards salary, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from filing such application/representation and communicate the said decision to the petitioner and also Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. The Petition stands disposed of.
