Learned Advocate for the appellant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of these appeals.

Issue full Court fee refund certificate as has been urged by the learned Advocate for the appellant. According to him, Lok-Adalat is scheduled on 25th September, 2021, and if, these appeals are withdrawn in Lok-Adalat, the appellant would be entitled for full Court fee refund.
