This is an application for recalling of order dated 29.08.2024 passed by this Court in anticipatory bail application No. 576 of 2024.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that two anticipatory bail applications were filed before this Court bearing Nos. 997 of 2024 and 576 of 2024. On 29.8.2024, on instructions, he had submitted before this court to allow him to withdraw anticipatory bail application No. 997 of 2024 but inadvertently in the order dated 29.8.2024, it is mentioned that both the applications were allowed to be withdrawn. Hence, requested to permit him to withdraw the application No. 997 of 2024 and the application No. 576 of 2024 be decided on merit. Learned A.P.P. submitted that appropriate order

cran3847.24 -2be passed.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, this application is allowed. The order dated 29.8.2024 passed in anticipatory bail application No. 576 of 2024 is recalled. The said application is restored to its original position and it will be decided on merit.

The anticipatory bail application No.997 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn.
