The learned Advocate for respondent No.1 opposes this application.

Though notices have been issued in the Writ Petition, the pleadings of the parties are still not complete as none of the respondents have entered an affidavit in reply.

As such, at this stage, the Civil Application is allowed. The petitioner shall amend the Writ Petition on or before 11/10/2018 and shall supply an amended copy of the Writ Petition on or before 12/10/2018.

The respondents are at liberty to enter their affidavits in view of, they being in receipt of the Writ Petition as well as the proposed amendment.
