By way of the present application, the applicant / petitioner prays for amendment to the petition. 2.

Perusal of the documents placed on record shows that these documents are in support of the subsequent events occurred post the order passed by the Education Officer namely approaching the respondent by way of issuing the legal notice. As in the petition, the petitioner has already referred to this fact namely issuance of legal notice to the respondent for non compliance of the direction / order of the Education Officer, no
