Petitioner filed present petition to direct the respondent no.2 to consider claim of the petitioner for absorption of the petitioner as Medical Officer in view of the Government Resolution dated 14.3.2024 by quashing and setting aside the letter dated 21/20.2.2025 and to reconsider the claim and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.2.2025. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that, in fact, the petitioner wanted to challenge the entire Government Resolution dated 14.3.2024. At first place, only clause (1) was thought to be against the petitioner's claim and, therefore, the petitioner was hesitant about seeking

wp 13846.25.odt quashment of the entire Government Resolution, however, to avoid any technical difficulty, the petitioner wants to withdraw the petition and file the fresh petition to challenge the entire Government Resolution.
