The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India has preferred this Civil Application. It is stated that the order of this Court dated 30.08.2024, will be implemented by Respondent No.5. However, the said authority would require some time to constitute the Medical Board of the RME Centre CH CRPF Pune. Thereafter, the Petitioner can be medically examined. 2.

In view of the above, this Civil application is disposed off. Let Respondent No.5 complete the formalities and constitute the Medical Board of the RME Centre CH CRPF Pune, on or before 20.09.2024.

The Petitioner would appear before the Board on 24.09.2024 (Tuesday) at 11.30 a.m., for a medical examination. The report of the medical examination shall be placed in a sealed cover and the learned Standing Counsel would produce it before this Court on 27.09.2024.
