Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents.

The applicants seek bail in C.R.No.0233 of 2024 registered with Police Station Chaklamba, District Beed, for the o8ences punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act. 3.
It has been alleged against the applicants that they were found in a dark place with incriminating articles, that might be used for committing dacoity. However, the police apprehended
938-BA-1648-24.odt them with incriminating articles. Nothing is to be recovered from them. They have been arrested for attempting to commit dacoity. In the circumstances, the detention of the applicants would serve no purpose. Hence, they deserve bail.
ORDER
i) The bail applications are allowed.
ii) Applicants No.(1) Aakash s/o. Laxman Dhotre, (2) Anil s/o. Sahebrao Dhotre and (3) Krushna s/o. Bhaskar Dhotre in B.A.No.1648 of 2024 and applicant - Rahul Suresh Dhotre in B.A.No.1650 of 2024, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid o8ences, on the conditions that, (a) They should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) They should attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating O@cer on written notice till Aling the chargesheet.
