Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, legal heir namely Parigabai is expired on 17.02.2025 and now applicant no.2 namely Nitin is the only legal heir of original claimant. Therefore, he is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body along with the interest accrued thereon.

Learned counsel for acquiring body has no objection. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
