He submits that subsequently the applicant/petitioner could lay hands on validity certificates issued in favour of paternal relatives and the orders of this Court directing the Committee to issue validity certificates in favour of the paternal relatives of the applicant.

The writ petition is yet not admitted. Even otherwise the nonapplicants will have every opportunity to controvert the documents sought to be brought on record. For the reasons stated in the civil application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of. 3.
