This application is moved for bringing on record the legal heirs of appellant Gangadhar Sadashiv Sude, who died on 14th March 2025. His survived by the present applicants Nos. 1A to 1F. The copy of heirship certificate dated 25th July 2025 is produced on record. There is delay of 74 days caused in filing this application.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C). 3.
