It is submitted that, caste certificates have been issued to petitioners. However, there was mistake in the tribe name. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents. 3.

In case the petitioners produce original tribe certificates before the Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli, then the S. D. O. Hingoli shall correct the spelling of that tribe and in case the petitioners do not have the original tribe certificates, then the petitioners shall approach the Committee and get the attested copy and submit it to the Sub Divisional Officer for necessary
