The petitioner's proposal for granting of approval has been pending with respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule (Exh. D).

We dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.3/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule, to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal of the petitioner (Exh.D), if it has not been already taken, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today.

If the proposal (Exh.D) is not available with the office of respondent No.3, he shall treat the proposal at Exh. D as a proposal and take appropriate decision.
