2] By this application, the applicant has prayed for suspension of the substantive sentence of one year awarded to him by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Majalgaon, in Sessions Case No.37 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Section 417 of Indian Penal Code.
3] Issue notice to the respondent - State. Learned APP waives notice.
4] Considering the fact that a short term sentence is awarded to present applicant, the substantive sentence is hereby suspended till disposal of the appeal.
5] Upon deposit of fine amount, if not deposited earlier, the applicant/appellant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs.Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
6] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
