The applicants herein are booked in Crime No.150/2015 registered at Jintur Police Station,District Parbhani for offences punishable under Sections 307, 395, 427, 452, 436, 354-A, 294, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the present applicants are that the applicants herein were working as Cook in the school and the applicants herein have snatched the jewelery of the complainant.

Perusal of the contents of first information report depict the unbelievable allegations against the present applicants, who are ladies. 4.

It is apparent from the investigation papers that there are sweeping allegations against the present applicants and in my opinion, even if the contents of first information report depict that there are allegations against the applicants, however, in view of provisions of Section 437 of Cr.P.C., the applicants are entitled for bail. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.

(I) In the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.150/2015, registered at Jintur Police Station,District Parbhani for offences punishable under Sections 307, 395, 427, 452, 436, 354-A, 294, 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- each (Rs. Fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount by both of them; (II) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station initially for two days from 10.00 am and 11.00 am and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer;

(III) The applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of Jintur Police Station, District Parbhani, but for attending the Investigating Officer, till filing of the charge-sheet. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
