By the present petition which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed as under :- "

By issuing writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent No.3 that, to decide the proposal dated 07.03.2014 of the petitioner No.2 within 8 weeks."

The petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.03 - Education Officer (Primary) to dispose of petitioners' representation / proposal dated 07th March 2014, in respect of approval to the appointment of petitioner no.02 as Assistant Teacher, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a
