1. Present civil application has been filed seeking leave to file appeal, to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No. 2-A and for condonation of delay.

This court under order dated 23rd September, 2015 has issued notices to the respondents. According to the learned counsel for applicants, notices have been duly served on the respondents. Thereafter, matter had appeared on board of this court on couple of dates, however, no appearance is caused on behalf of respondents. 3.

In view of the same, civil application, for the reasons contained therein, is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of.
