By this civil application, the petitioner prays for recalling the order dated 27/08/2021, by which, the petitioner was directed to remove office objections, failing which, the petition was to be dismissed. The said order has not been complied with. 2.

This civil application is filed within time.

Considering the reasons assigned in the application and on hearing the learned Counsel for the respective sides, this application is allowed on the following conditions :-

13156.21ca (2) (a) All office objections shall be removed in the writ petition, on or before 22/12/2021, failing which, the order of this Court, dated 27/08/2021, shall continue to operate; (b) After compliance of the above, the writ petition shall be restored at the stage, at which it has been dismissed; 4.

Since there was an ad interim protection, protecting the petitioner, the leaned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would donate a token amount of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad, upto 22/12/2021 and produce a receipt of the same. 5.

Subject to the compliance of the above, list the writ petition for admission/hearing on 01/02/2022, along with Writ Petition Nos.5233/2020, 5592/2020, 5591/2020 and 7243/2020 (S. G. MEHARE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
