Mr.Chalak, learned counsel submits that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. However, the Respondent No.4 is taking adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that validity certificate is not produced. 3.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

To get the proceedings decided within a stipulated period is not in the hands of the litigant.

Considering above, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.2 Committee shall decide the validation

proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within eight (8) months. b) The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending, of-course, the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered in the validation proceedings. c) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
