PER COURT :

This Court by order dated 10.12.2019 had permitted the applicants to withdraw the amount of 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. 50% amount was to be withdrawn on giving usual undertaking and 25% of the amount was to be given on furnishing solvent security. All applicants now filed this application expressing their difficulty that they do not have a common bank account and therefore, the amount could not be disbursed to them individually.

The office is, therefore, directed to disburse/transfer the amount of his/her share in the name of each individual persons/applicants by following the proper procedure pursuant to the order dated 10.12.2019.

Both applicants are disposed off.
