These are the two [02] Petitions.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, he has instructions from the Petitioners that, due to efflux of time, the Petitions have become infructuous and the same may be disposed off. He submits that, three [03] Petitions bearing Nos.1943/2022, 1944/2022 and 1947/2022, which are identical Petitions, are not listed on today's Board. He submits that, those Petitions have also become infructuous due to efflux of time. He submits that, the said Petitions be taken on Board. 3.

In view of the above, the said Petitions bearing Nos. 1943/2022, 1944/2022 and 1947/2022 are taken on Board.

The learned Advocate for the Respondents / Employees in all the Petitions is present.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Advocate for the Petitioners / Management, the Petitions stand disposed of as become infructuous due to efflux of time.
