By this application, the applicant prays for bringing L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1 Pandharinath Patil on record.

It has been mainly contended by the applicant that respondent no.1-A Pandharinath Patil has expired on 30.06.2015 at Surat leaving behind him L.Rs. as stated in the title clause of the present civil application. The present application is filed on 21.09.2015. According to the applicant, respondent no.1 Pandharinath Patil died on 30.06.2015. A copy of death certificate filed on record at Exh.A shows that Pandharinath Patil died on 30.06.2015. There is no contest to this application. The application is filed within limitation. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

ORDER

Civil application is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1-A Pandharinath Patil. L.Rs. be brought on record within a period of limitation.

After bringing on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1, necessary amendment be carried out and the amended copy be placed on record.

Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
