Today learned Counsel for the respondent produced on record a copy of order made by this Court in Writ Petition No.9607 of 2014 and he submitted that the advertisement itself is quashed and set aside by this Court. The copy is taken on record. 2.

In the present matter the relief was claimed for continuation of selection process. In view of the decision given by this Court in the aforesaid Writ Petition, this Court holds that the present matter has become infrutuous and hence disposed of ( SUNIL K. KOTWAL) ( T.V. NALAWADE ) JUDGE JUDGE vdd/
