CORAM : K.K. SONAWANE, J.
DATED : 14th FEBRUARY, 2020.
ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for applicants. Perused the application. 2.
Present application is filed seeking permission to bring legal representatives of deceased Shamsundar Anant Adawatkar, who was shown as Power of Attorney Holder for deceased respondent Smt. Annapurna Anant Adawatkar. It is to be noted that Shamsundar Anant Adawatkar was found involved in the present proceeding as GPA of deceased respondent Smt. Annapurna Anant Adawatkar. Therefore, no question arises to bring his legal representatives on record in the proceeding of First Appeal No. 3007 of 2016. The legal representatives of GPA can not be considered as Power of Attorney Holder for deceased Smt. Annapurna Anant Adawatkar.
3.
In such circumstances, there is no propriety to allow the application for bringing legal representatives of GPA of original respondent in this case. Hence, the Civil Application being inapt deserves to be dismissed.
4.
Accordingly, the Civil Application stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
