Though we have passed a detailed order on 08.06.2023 giving last chance to the appellant; yet, the learned Advocate for the appellant seeks accommodation on the ground that he would produce the copy of the charge sheet. At the costs of repetition, we would say that the record would show that since 15.02.2023 the appellant is seeking adjournment on the ground to file copy of the charge sheet and still the learned Advocate for the appellant submits that the said copy of the charge sheet was not made available to him. We adjourn the matter to 10.07.2023 and give liberty to appellant to produce

Cri.Appeal_535_2021 the copy of charge sheet on or before 05.07.2023, however, for this delay he should deposit costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad, on or before 05.07.2023. We are making it very clear that till date the appeal is not admitted and it is filed to challenge the order granting bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
