Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The parties have settled the dispute and agreed to pay 50% compensation amount to respondent No.4. The amount of compensation is lying with respondent No.3/authority. The terms of settlement have been placed on record.

In view of the settlement terms, civil application No.12688 of 2024 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

Respondent No.3/authority should disburse 50% amount of compensation to the petitioners and remaining 50% amount to respondent No.4 as per award dated 12.01.2024, if the amount is lying with it.

Civil Application No.10720 of 2024 is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A" and "B".

Necessary correction / amendment be carried out forthwith. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of in view of the settlement terms.
