Leave granted to withdraw the writ petition and pursue appropriate remedy in the light of the fact that already twice this Court had directed the committee to decide the petitioner's proposal in the earlier rounds. 2.

It appears that the Caste Scrutiny Committees do not maintain any register in respect of the matters which pursuant to the directions of the High Court are to be decided within a stipulated time. In all probability, this seems to be the reason in the committee failing to obey the directions of this Court twice. It would be appropriate that some such register is maintained so that the committee could tab the matter and is not lost sight of. 3.
