ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.505 passed by the Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 25.07.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to purchase 1500 quintals pure Ghee @ Rs.50,100/- per quintal total amounting to Rs.7,51,50,000/- for preparing Laddu and Boondi for Mandir and Prasadalaya Department till E-Tender process for purchase of pure Ghee is completed."

The tendering process has already commenced. The technical bids were to be opened on 19.08.2023. However, they have been opened today. We are informed that the tendering process would be completed by 21.09.2023 and supply of ghee of the selected bidder would commence immediately by 01.10.2023. Until 30.09.2023, the Sansthan would require around 900 quintal of ghee. 3.

Considering all the above aspects, the earlier successful bidder will be supplying ghee until the tendering process is complete and the successful bidder commences his supply of ghee. 4.

The Civil Application is partly allowed. The Sansthan can proceed to purchase 900 quintals ghee as per the rates mentioned in prayer clause (B).
