In case the application filed by the petitioners (Exh.C) is not yet decided by the Respondent authority then the same shall be decided by the Respondents on its own merits in accordance with law and policy after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within nine (9) months from the date of receipt of this

order.
