Ad-hoc Committee has approved 1-8 proposals submitted by the applicant as mentioned in the proposal at Exh.C-1."

Having considered the same and in the light of the fact that the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is the Chairman of the High Court Constituted Committee, has placed his cautionary note dated 13.07.2023 on record, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause B, reproduced above.
