Respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 have filed an affidavit-in-reply in both these petitions, dated 6.5.2015, through Shri Mohan Anand Kausadikar, who is the Child Development Project Officer, Paithan Prakalp-2, Aurangabad. 2.
In the first petition, the said affiant Shri Kausadikar has submitted on oath in paragraph Nos.9 and 10 as under:- "9.
The deponent says and submits that, respondent no.3,4 and 5 (are) ready to reinstate the petitioner as per earlier order of the respondent No.5.

The deponent says and submits that, considering the above facts, the order passed by the Child Development Officer i.e. Respondent No.5 - of Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad is perfectly legal and proper."

An identical statement has been made in paragraph Nos.9 and 10 in the affidavit-in-reply in the second petition as well. 4.
Smt. Hoge Patil, learned Advocate on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 5 submits, in the light of these affidavits in reply, that both these petitioners are being reinstated and therefore, these petitions need not be kept pending.

The learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners submits that both these petitions can be disposed off in the light of paragraph Nos. 9 and 10 and the statements made in the affidavits-in-reply filed by the respondents 3 to 5.

As such, in the light of the above statements and the contents of paragraph Nos.9 and 10 reproduced herein above, the grievance of the petitioners are redressed and hence both these petitions are disposed off. 7.
