This application is filed seeking leave to file appeal against judgment and order dated 22.02.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Revision No.14/2016 arising out of the judgment and order dated 11.12.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class (Court No.8), Aurangabad in S.C.C.. No.1493/2015. 2.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned APP for respondent No.1 - State. Though served, none appears for respondent No.2 3.

For the grounds stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
