This application is filed for recalling of the order dated 28th August 2015, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 373 of 2015, directing issuance of bailable warrant against the applicant. 4.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant i.e. original respondent no.3 submits, that by mistake / inadvertence, no appearance could be caused. For the said purpose, the applicant has tendered apology and assures that henceforth, as and when presence of respondent no.3 is necessary, respondent no.3 will remain present before the Court. 5.

In that view of the matter, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The order dated 28th August 2015, passed in Writ Petition No. 373 of 2015, is recalled. The Application accordingly stands disposed of.
