The appellant's learned counsel submitted that this appeal arises out of the order passed under Section 140 of the M. V. Act which is always subject to final out come. In view of that he requested to dispose of the appeal with direction to the tribunal to decide the main claim expeditiously. 2.

In view of above submission, the appeal stands disposed of with direction to the tribunal to decide the claim petition expeditiously within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
