The petitioners are objecting to enlistment of their names in a different ward overlooking the objections. Since the petition raises disputed questions of facts, and in view of the fact that the process of election has commenced and the programme prescribed for acceptance of nomination commences from 13.10.2015, at this late stage of process of election, no interference is called for in the matter. Writ Petition stands rejected.
