ORDER:- Heard. Issue notice to the respondent. Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent - State.

The applicants, who are the legal heirs of original sole respondent Sahebrao Rajendra Mane, who admittedly died on 15.01.2014, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 3087 days.

The learned A.G.P. did not raise any objection since it was duty of the appellant State to bring the aforesaid legal heirs on record. In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C ). The appellant - State is directed to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.

The application is disposed of.
