We have heard Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel. Vide the present petition the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to investigate the offence as per the order of the learned J. M. F. C., Paithan in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 786 of 2013.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A. P. P. submits that, the investigation is being conducted, the documents are collected and within 45 days from now the investigation would be complete. 3.

We accept the statement of the learned A. P. P. on instructions that, the investigation would be complete within 45 days. Accepting the said statement, the criminal writ petition is disposed of.
