Mr. Nagode, the learned Counsel submits that all these 20 petitioners were called by Appellate Authority for their physical verification. Five did not participate. Five of them are found eligible, ten petitioners are found to be ineligible in verification. 2.

The affidavit is filed by the respondent. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the details of the candidates are placed on record.

In view of the above, Mr. Talhar, the learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh

2 54-WP-10937-2019 challenging the orders passed by the Appellate Authority. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid. All contentions raised in the present writ petition can also be raised by the petitioner in the subsequent petition that may be filed. No costs.
