1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant/State and.learned counsel for respondents original claimant/s.

2] Learned counsel for the respondents submits that directions be issued to the applicant State to deposit the decretal amount in this court. In view of the nature of subject matter, I do not find any impediment to grant stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned award passed in respective Land Acquisition Reference Petition. Hence, the execution and implementation to the impugned awards is hereby stayed subject to condition that the appellant State shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Reference Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of twelve weeks. On failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, with liberty to the claimants to take recourse to law, for noncompliance of the order passed by this Co0urt. Civil applications for stay are disposed of accordingly. Matter be listed for admission after twelve weeks.
