Pursuant to the show-cause notice issued to the respondent, the respondent is present today. The learned Public Prosecutor has tendered across the Bar affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the the respondent. It is stated in the affidavit-inreply that in compliance of the order passed by

2 53-cp642.odt this Court on 04.07.2016 in Criminal Writ Petition No.39 of 2015, the compensation amount of Rs.7,00,000/- has been deposited in District Court at Nanded.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners invites our attention to Clause 6 of the order of which disobedience has been alleged in this Contempt Petition and submits that there is also direction to the State to pay to the petitioners the costs of the petition. Since the costs is not quantified in the order dated 04.07.2016, we direct the respondent to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- towards costs by depositing the same in the Registry of the District Court at Nanded, within a period of three weeks from today.

The order of which disobedience is alleged in this Contempt Petition has been complied with by the respondent. The respondent has filed affidavit-in-reply wherein he has
