By the present Civil Application, the applicants are seeking relief of being brought on record as legal heirs on demise of Smt.Gayabai Ghanvat, who was the petitioner No.1 in the Writ Petition. Her death certificate depicting her demise on 14.08.2021 is placed on record. 2.

The Civil Application being instituted on 15.10.2021, does not suffer from delay, necessarily the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today.
