Heard Mr. Biradar, learned advocate for the applicants and Mr. N.E. Deshmukh, learned advocate for respondent No. 5 - Wakf Board. 2.

The present proceeding arises out of ad-interim order passed on Exh. 5 on 15th September, 2022 by the Wakf Tribunal in Suit No. 57/2022, which is filed under Order 39, Rule (1) and (2) of the Civil Procedure Code. During the pendency of Exh. 5 application, by the impugned order the Wakf Tribunal directed the parties to maintain status-quo in relation to the suit property until the decision on Exh. 5.

There are multiple proceedings pending qua the suit properties. As it is an ad-interim order during the pendency of Exh. 5 application, it is directed that Exh. 5 application itself shall be decided as expeditiously as possible, within two months from today. As I have directed Wakf Tribunal to decide Exh. 5, I have not issued notice to the other respondents in the matter.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
