ORDER :- When the matters are called out, no one else appeared on behalf of applicant-Acquiring Body. Perused the applications and other relevant documents produced on record.

This Court under Order 24th July, 2019, issued notice to the respondents. But, the applicant or learned counsel on it's behalf did not pay attention to the order passed by this Court nor supplied copies of relevant documents to issue notice to respondents. Since July-2019, the matters remained ideal without any progress in it. Moreover, this Court on the very day, granted ad-interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation to the impugned Judgment and Award subject to condition that applicant-Acquiring Body shall deposit entire amount of the Award on or before 22nd January, 2020. But, it appears that, the applicant-Acquiring Body did not pay any heed to the order passed by this Court nor there were any efforts for compliance of order within stipulated period.

In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present applications alive on board awaiting the presence of applicant or its counsel in the matters for compliance on the part of applicant-Acquiring Body. In view of lackadaisical attitude on the part of applicant-Acquiring Body, the Civil Applications for delay and stay stand dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs. Sd./- [ K. K.
