The Petitioner seeks to challenge the order of suspension dated 13.04.2023 issued by a Private Education Trust. The learned AGP submits that the Petitioner has an efficacious remedy under Section 79 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would avail of the said remedy. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to assail the order of suspension before the Grievance Committee.

With reference to prayer clause (C), by which the Petitioner seeks recovery of arrears of salary from 30.05.2009 from the employer, we leave this issue open to the Petitioner to be agitated before the appropriate forum, subject to the law of limitation.
