Learned APP states that the concerned police station has intimated the informant about pendency of this Application/Appeal.

In view of this, Ms. P. K. Apache, learned Counsel, is appointed to represent Respondent No. 2 both Application and in Appeal. Learned Counsel for Applicant to provide copy of appeal memo and application along with annexures to appointed Counsel forthwith.

This is an application for condonation of delay.

Learned Counsel for Applicant submits that having regard to the nature of Appeal, delay deserves to be condoned.

Learned appointed Counsel opposed the application by drawing attention of the Court to the offences alleged against Applicant.

Since the Appeal is for regular bail and Appellant is in jail and considering the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.

Fees of appointed Counsel is quantified at Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only).
