In case, the validation proceeding is pending with respondent No. 1, then the respondent No. 1 may endeavour to decide the said proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.12.2021. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
